Sumatran Tigers Return to Habitat
Tambling Wildlife Nature Conservation (TWNC), Lampung, this Friday (22/1/2010), again will set two Sumatran tigers totally free to wild nature. Each of them had been given a name of the Jug and Panti. This was the second release. Initial was carried out in 2008. At that time two Sumatran tigers were set totally free to wild nature. The Sumatran tiger was the only sub-species of the tiger from Indonesia that was not but extinct. Two sub-species of the tiger from Indonesia lai him, namely the Javanese tiger that had lived in the Meru Betiri National Park, East Java, and the Balinese tiger in the West Bali National Park, has been extinct. —
